Humans are designed to be calm and at ease in loving relationships with each other and their environment. For most of the history of humanity people lived in tribal communities in harmony with each other and nature. Living in seasonal cycles, sun & moon cycles, bathing, swimming , living with the tides and drinking healthy, alive water, kept our circadian rhythms in flow, keeping our nervous systems regulating and at optimum, allowing for repair and deep rest. This ideal environment of challenge, rest and natural cycles promoted the evolution of our mammalian brain and higher states of consciousness. With the onset of farming and mass food production, electricity, artificial light, pharmaceuticals, plastics in our food and water and now in our blood, we started to lose the connection and the natural rebalancing flow. Now with EMFs, endless hours in front of screens, shift work, skipping naps, pushing through on caffeine, sugar and adrenaline, we are burning out as individuals, creating cellular dysfunction, cancer, auto-immune diseases, anxiety, and countless mental disorders, such that we believe ADHD, anxiety disorders, early Alzheimer's and autism spectrum disorder are the norm and to be expected.
