Erin began leading yoga retreats at Maya Tulum in 2014 

Inspired to share all of the things she loves ... she leads groups on adventures. 

Adventures of self discovery and peacefulness,
unwinding old patterns and entering into deep states of healing.

Join her and be inspired by beautiful sunrises,  relax with the sounds of waves, release tension with gentle yoga, breathe in ocean air & sleep under the stars.
This is  a perfect place to relax and unwind. Healthy food, hydration , playing in the ocean, sunlight on your skin. Deep rest, feeling the sand beneath your feet.

Our practice together includes unwinding from all of the stress and tension that we have carried our whole lives. Erin offers a beautiful program to understand and
experience the healing benefits of the vagal nervous system.
Gentle yoga movements, restorative postures, eye repatterning exercises and breathing techniques to unlock us from frozen states to be free again.  Free to be ourselves.
